The Libra Careers training programme
The training that we deliver prepares candidates to excel in a fast-paced StartUp environment. It sits at the heart of what we do, adding value for candidates and businesses alike.
What is our training?
All our hires are made through our Libra Careers Training Programme. This is how it works:
We receive 1000s of applications each month for our programme and we select the best 20 candidates to join us for the next cohort.
During the cohort you’ll learn the fundamentals of how to be effective in a StartUp.
50 StartUps will meet with you during the cohort and pitch their roles to you.
You’ll receive an average of 3 offers and we’ll help you pick the best and negotiate your package.
There is no commitment to take any of the offers you receive at the end of the cohort but we think you’ll want to. We recruit for the most exciting StartUps with the best packages of £30,000 or more.
You can choose to attend our training programme as a hybrid course, online weekdays, or online evenings. Either route includes 15 hours of self-guided learning, 5 hours of contact time and 5 hours networking with exciting StartUps. Those wishing to attend in person will have their transport and accommodation costs covered for them.

StartUp environment and resilience
We partner with the StartUps that we work with to deliver the training to make sure that the training mirrors the expectations once you’re in the role. That includes negation training by a boutique litigation law firm, as well as training on culture, resilience, brand and data handling from the CEOs of top London-based StartUps.
When does it happen?
Our next hybrid training programme runs on the 16th and 17th November in London.
Our next online weekday training programme runs on the 15th and 17th November.
Our next online evenings training programme runs on the 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th November from 6.30pm until 8.30pm.
How is it funded?
The training is fully funded by Libra Careers. You won’t pay a penny. Sound good? We think so.
