Application Process

  • It’s easy to apply using our online form. We just need your CV and some basic information.

  • We’ll review your application and, if you’re a suitable candidate, you’ll take part in an assessment and interview to identify your key skills.

  • If successful, you’ll be one of a select few candidates from a pool of hundreds invited on a one-week training programme. The modules are run by industry experts and have been designed to prepare you for the agile and fast-paced start-up work environment.

  • Either during or after the training programme, you’ll be interviewed by a range of potential employers and paired with a StartUp. All candidates will be pitched to by the start-ups with most receiving offers.

  • From day one in your new role, you’ll be allocated a mentor, who will be on hand to support you during your first six months. You’ll also benefit from a community of like-minded graduates, who’ll offer ongoing peer-to-peer learning opportunities and social support.
