Libra Careers – Now Recruiting Career Switchers and Experienced Hires

One year on from launching into the early careers recruitment world, helping StartUps recruit staff into marketing, data, operations and sales roles, Libra Careers is branching out to help these same StartUps recruit experienced hires with between 3 and 6 years of experience.

StartUps recognise the importance of attracting the most talented and diverse candidates to their companies, but often struggle when faced with the issues of scaling quickly and competing with large corporates with extensive outreach budgets. Libra Careers exists to help these StartUps bridge the gap and find the best talent, at the lowest cost and as quickly as possible.

In order to achieve that mission, the team at Libra have broadened their remit to include more experienced hires. Across the UK, Libra is known to early careers candidates as one of the best providers of training and opportunities to get into StartUps, however as these businesses grow, they require talent across the full spectrum of experience. By broadening their candidate base, but refusing to compromise on quality, Libra Careers will be able to better serve the recruitment needs of the StartUps they work with.

“Many of our more experienced hires are career switchers. They have received some important training and skills working in larger companies but have often not been rewarded with the responcilities and learning opportunities they seek. That’s when they look to move into the world of StartUps. Their talent is fresh, honed, and ready to rock. I’m really excited to see what they can achieve"

Oscar Hardy, CEO Libra Careers

Not content with offering Early Careers (1 – 3 years’ experience) and Career Switches (3 – 6 years’ experience) Libra is also helping StartUps to recruit experienced hires. But including this service, Libra becomes a one-stop-shop capable of catering for all of the needs of a business as they go through rapid growth and expansion.
